Handyservices prices are based on flat rate quotes for all aspects of a project's completion.

Please make a list of what needs to be done.


We quote your project in this manner (example):
                                                               
Light fixture installed ($75 labor) + handling ($35 item pick-up) + light fixture ($57.49) = $167.49 (your final cost)

We eliminate the clock like most handyman services use, because, We feel that our clients deserve quality workmanship and attention to details - you just can't get with "the gotta hurry, the clock is ticking" mentality. If your project takes 1 hour or 3, the price stays the same.


Quotes by phone or email are free.  In-home quotes cost $30 written or verbal.  This fee is deducted from your final bill if we get your project.  Your final bill will include a copy of the receipt for material pick-up (if applicable).We charge a $35 flat fee* for materials we pick up for your job. The client can supply the necessary materials for project; however, on installation day the materials you supply must be in installation-ready, new-boxed condition, with all necessary parts intact.  We prefer to handle material pick-up/delivery due to problems.

If items you supply aren't in the condition stated above on installation day, or if you miss an appointment on scheduled day, client will be charged a $35 missed appointment fee, no exceptions.  Shop material - there is a token charge for supplies used on your project.  Applicable supply items are nuts, bolts, plumbing parts, tape, solvent, rags, caulk, electrical parts, etc., that we stock on our company vehicle.

Additional fees may be necessary for specialty equipment, waste removal or dump fees, depending on the job.
All fees are due at the time we complete handyman services for that day, unless stated by us.  We do not extend credit to residential clients and there is no billing.  This is a pay as you go business.  You must pay cash, certified/cashier's check, postal money order, or credit card.  If paying by credit card, this arrangement must be made prior to starting your project(s).   We send you an invoice to your email address, you pay by credit/debit securely through Paypal.  Print out the receipt of paid invoice upon completion, present a copy to us, and service
is complete.  You do not need to have an account with  Paypal. 

All jobs that are quoted over $500 will require a down payment of 35% at the start of project, 35% in the middle of described scope of project, and 30% upon completion of total project.  For more information about our fee structure, please contact us.
