Additional information
*Material handling and delivery. The $35 flat fee covers most items. This is up to 1 load. Oversized or heavy item(s) will require $50 for handling/delivery (to be determined by us). If we have to travel outside of our coverage areas for material pick up (20 miles from jobsite), handling/delivery fee will be $70.
Bear in mind, some job are impossible top give a flat rate price fee on. When this occurs, we will quote you an hourly price. If we deem yours to be an hourly fee based project, you will need an in home consultation which involves problem solving and trouble shooting. This fee is $30 and the estimate is written up. It will also be deducted from your final bill if we get hired for your project.
Installation day procedure.
1. Handyservices will arrive on time at specified date for installation.
2. Before starting, I (the technician) will go over the described installation and ask if there are any questions.
3. Then, I will require your signature for work authorization.
4. I will begin work immediately after this step, completing your installation and clean up.
5. I will then ask if there are anymore projects needed to be done. If time permits, I will either complete the additional work on the spot, or I will take note and schedule you an additional date for this added project.
6. Finally, I will make sure you are satisfied with the installation and lastly, request payment. In addition, we will make a follow-up phone call or email in the coming week(s), as a part of our continuing commitment to customer support.
